Registration Requirements:

Our program is a preschool learning environment for children ages 3-5. We are not a daycare. Our registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort will be made to ensure your child is enrolled in your preferred session. In the event a session is full, we will offer the opportunity to be placed on a wait list and you will be notified of any openings. Our school year begins the Tuesday after Labor Day and concludes in mid-May. We are unable to offer before or after school care and our expectation is that children be fully potty-trained (no diapers) prior to attending school. We have a strict policy that children be current with vaccinations and require documentation from a physician.

Tuition

2026-2027 School Year: There is a $100 Non-Refundable registration fee due at time of registration. The monthly tuition is $250.  This is due by the 10th day of the previous month. September’s tuition is due by August 10th or along with registration. A $15 late fee will be applied if not paid by the due date. A once yearly $50 activity charge per student will be used towards supplies throughout the year– this fee is due along with September’s tuition by August 10th (total $300 due). We offer a 10% sibling tuition discount if more than one child is attending ($225 per child).

Friday Pre-K Prep Class 

Pre-K Prep is an optional add-on session for Readiness Students only. It is a weekly enhancement class geared towards our older students. This class is offered on Friday mornings (October-April) from 9-11:30. This class is an additional $70 per month (due with tuition).
Pre-K Prep enrollment will be based on a first-come, first-served basis and space will be limited. The additional cost will be due with October’s tuition by September 10th.

Enrollment Forms:

Below are the two enrollment forms we will need in order to complete your child’s registration. In addition, we will need a pediatrician-certified print-out of your child’s complete vaccination record. Your child will not be considered enrolled until registration fee and ALL forms are received– the Registration form, Emergency Care form, and Vaccination print-out. Please send the registration fee (checks made payable to Learning with Harmony Preschool) along with the vaccine print-out and two registration forms to:

Once registered, you will receive information over the summer regarding parent/student orientation and a reminder for payment of September’s tuition, due by August 10th.  During the school year (September-May), you may send the tuition in with your child via cash or personal check, or mail it directly to Carrie Neuman, owner (address above).  Mailed payments will be considered on time if post-marked by the 10th of the month (please make checks payable to Learning with Harmony Preschool).
